Are third parties involved in data processing?

For the provision of our website we use a service of a web hoster. However, this web host is not responsible for data processing, but acts as a contractor for us and only processes personal data in accordance with our instructions. The law designates such a service provider as a contract processor. The processing of personal data by the web host is carried out in accordance with the requirements of Article 28 DSGVO.

Which data do we collect and for what purpose?

Access to the website, access to files

You can visit our website without giving any personal information.

When you visit our website and look at a single page, you retrieve individual files that make up this page. The retrieval of these files is stored in a log file (a simple text file), the so-called server log file, which contains the following information for each individual retrieval:

– The IP address of your computer that downloaded the file;

– Date and time of retrieval;

– Name of the file that was retrieved;

– Status of the transmission (successful or aborted);

– from which page the file was originally requested, and

– with which browser, operating system and which interface the file was requested.

This is a typical technical record that almost every web server makes.

We use this logging to detect and correct technical errors on our website and ultimately to improve the technical quality of our website. In addition, we reserve the right to statistically evaluate anonymous data records of this log file in order to improve our website offer.
