New headquarters for Etalon GmbH

Since 1 July 2019 Etalon has moved to its new headquarters. The new building offers offices, training facilities, a spacious production hall an air-conditioned state-of-the-art measuring area. Designed specifically to meet the needs of our business, it will allow Etalon to continue to grow within Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence.

The move took place at the same time the legal form was changed from Etalon AG to Etalon GmbH.

This step enables us to better integrate the company into the Hexagon group structure. It changes only the legal form. The legal identity of Etalon will continue to exist. Etalon GmbH will therefore exercise the contractual rights and obligations of the previous Etalon AG with all contractual partners after the transformation. Consequently, there is no need to change or transfer the contracts.

Dr.-Ing. Heinrich Schwenke will continue to hold the management function as the sole managing director of Etalon GmbH. Your contacts will be maintained, and business will continue unchanged.
